Innovative solutions for the industry
Voltabox AG is based in Paderborn in eastern Westphalia and is a technology-driven provider of electronic and e-mobility solutions. Its core business includes electronic components and entire modules used in both industrial and consumer applications, as well as lithium-ion battery systems for construction and agricultural equipment and for electric and hybrid buses. A unique selling point of the company is its high-voltage expertise – the voltage range of the battery systems that can currently be used extends from 12 volts to over 600 volts. Voltabox battery systems are certified and have undergone comprehensive approval tests.
Voltabox AG is listed on the Regulated Market (Prime Standard) of Deutsche Börse AG in Frankfurt am Main and its major shareholders include JIAOGULAN Holding AG, Geraer Batterie-Dienst GmbH, EW Trade AG and FAS Beratung und Vermögensverwaltung GmbH. The remaining shares are in free float.
Since February 2025, Martin Hartmann (CEO) and Florian Seitz (CFO) constitute the Management Board of the company.

At Voltabox you will encounter a dynamic, agile and motivated team. The face to the outside world is Management Board member Patrick Zabel, who has been on the company’s Management Board since May 2020 and CEO of Voltabox AG since March 2022.

In accordance with legal requirements, Voltabox AG has a dual management system. This is characterized by a strict separation of personnel between the Executive Board as the management body and the Supervisory Board as the supervisory body.
The Supervisory Board appoints the members of the Board of Management and monitors and advises the Board of Management in its management of the business. The Supervisory Board is directly involved in decisions of fundamental importance to the Company.
The Supervisory Board of Voltabox AG carries out its activities in accordance with the law, the Articles of Association, its Rules of Procedure and in the spirit of responsible corporate governance.
